That's easy if...: It is easy to count the number of "weeks pregnant" or "weeks gestation" if a woman had sex only once and became pregnant from that. We start counting 2 weeks before conception. So, guessing dec. 1 as conception, we can start counting from nov. 17, which makes 4 weeks and 4 days gestation today. As always, numbers are not exact because life is not exact, and we just guess when conception occurs.
