No: Lemon juice can be irritating to the skin, however, and if you get sun exposure after getting lemon juice on the skin, it can cause a powerful reaction that can leave dark marks for months, called a phytophotodermatitis. For acne and black marks, i'd see a dermatologist to get you on a regimen that has a retinoid which can get you on track.
