Hard to tell.: Missing pills will on occasion allow ovulatory escape. (this is why missing pills can lead to pregnancy.) stopping pills will result in return of the ovulatory cycle. The timing of ovulation in both instances is uncertain, but most women who stop pills will have return of ovulation within a month or two.
