If you can't calcu-: Late from the first day of your last menstrual period, see your ob. If nursing, mild uterine contractions may be a problem if you have cramping, bleeding, or a history of premature delivery. You may read somewhere that babies conceived within a year of mom's last delivery have a higher risk of autism. Know that it's only slightly higher.Take folate, (folic acid) pnv's & get a "flu" shot, not flu-mist.
