Yes : Some common side effects of Plan B (levonorgestrel) include changes in menstrual flow (heavy to light), abdominal pain, dizziness, headaches, fatigue and breast tenderness. Be advised that emergency contraceptive like Plan B is not recommended for routine prevention of pregnancy, please discuss other options with your doctor. Also remember to practice safe sex , use condoms. Take care.
