Not advised: Spleen injury could be lethal if right treatment is not rendered , in grade ii has up to 50 % of sub- capsular hematoma , up to 1 to 3 cm tare without inolving trabacular vessels need observation close to hospital , minimum 2 to 3 wks , repture is common in 2nd wk , answer is no after 5 days after injury if it is medivac plane with trauma surgeons on board , then yes.
