Trichomonas?: I am assuming you mean "trichomonas"? This is a common genital infection, typically of the vagina/vulva, thta may cause pain, itching, or a vaginal discharge. It can be found in the urine as well. It can be transmitted to a sexual partner. It is easily treated, but you must be diagnosed by your physician first after a pelvic exam.
