I haven't had my cycle in 4-5 months but my tubes are tied what can that mean?

Many things: Pregnancy should always be ruled out first. Just because your tubes are tied, does not mean you cannot get pregnant and if you do, you are at increased risk of a pregnancy that is not in your uterus. It could also mean that you are not ovulating regularly; either peri-menopause or other reasons. See your doctor to determine why you are not having regular cycles.
