In general, i instuct my circumcision patient to avoid sex or masturbation until after I have seen them in follow-up (typically 2 weeks after the operation). If the stitches are gone and the skin edges are healed, it is probably safe to do so. Erections are typically okay about 2-3 days after the circumcision.
