Maybe perioral derm: Perioral dermatitis is an uncommon rash that appears around the mouth and sometimes around the nose and eyes, as well, as multiple tiny reddish bumps. It is sometimes itchy. Gentle cleansing and moisturizing 2-3 times daily may help, but sometimes topical or oral antibiotics are needed, so if you are not improving after a few days, see your dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
