Go to Hospital: Chest pain should always be taken seriously unless the cause is known and obvious to the individual such as a fall or acid reflux. Any unusual chest pain should be evaluated at a hospital so proper testing can be done to make sure that the heart is okay. Time is valuable and important so he needs to go to the hospital for evaluation. Hope things go well for you both.
