At 18 years-old???: If you're 18 years-old, then you really need a pediatric endocrinologist to see you. If you're under 14, the first sign of puberty is testicular enlargement. If that hasn't happened and you're more than 14, you may still need to see a pediatric endocrinologist. Please discuss this with your parents and primary care doctor. Best wishes!
