A 25-year-old male asked:

Hello ! My ophtalmologist prescribed me Cosopt for high interocular pressure. I forgot to ask her if I can drink alcoohol in moderation because I have an event coming up and I would like to serve a few drinks. Thank you !

Not a good idea: To mix the two. Alcohol with most drugs is not wise to mix. Alcohol is neurotoxic to nerve cells. The eye is an extension of the brain, and has important neurons in it. Also not wide to smoke as well. That reduces microcirculation to the eyes too. Protect your eyes at all costs.
