Strength by resistnc: Wt training involves using free wts or resistance machines 2 increase strength & mass by following a specific program of heavy work outs followed by a day of rest or some cardio work. U start at a base series of wt & lifting a series of 3 set of 10-15. When u r able to do the series increase the wt some so you r unable 2 finish & so on. Isolating individual mscls. Need protein + hydration b4&aft.
