See a doctor: You may have asthma that is triggered by humidity. Thus a good history and physical exam by a doctor is important.

Spirometry also: A detailed history and a thorough physical examination are very important. Also, spirometry is an excellent way to assess lung function. While cold, dry air is the usual triggers for asthma, some people have trouble with hot, humid temperatures.
