Polymem Pink Dressin: Pyoderma gangrenosum is classified as a neutrophilic dermatosis and is considered a reaction to an internal disease or condition. I have used these dressings with good results - polymem pink dressing - no need to wash or clean the wound the dressing itself helps clean the area. Orally take vitamin k2 and methionine supplements. For severe pain can use steroids locally around the wound bed.
