My husband have one testicle bigger than other and it is due to he got pimple on it when he was teen. we trying for baby for a year now but no reault?

See Urologist.: It would be prudent to see a urologist and check his sperm count. Men with one testicle are still able to have children. It must be remembered though that in couples trying to have children, only about 60% will get pregnant after trying for a year. It might just need a little more time. Best wishes.
