Circumcision: Could be one alternative. There are several reasons for problem of the foreskin. Sometimes a yeast infection can cause the skin of the foreskin to split and be painful. If scar tissue forms from repeat problems, the foreskin could become impossible to retract and will require the surgery. Recommend to see the doctor for evaluation.
