Allergy medicine: Zyrtec (cetirizine) d is an over the counter preparation approved for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in persons over 12 years old. It contains Cetirizine 5 mg (zyrtec), a very effective low sedating antihistamine and Pseudoephedrine 120 mg (d), a decongestant. Zyrtec (cetirizine) d is taken twice a day.
