Should be okay: Again, just make sure to not take a version of nyquil with Guaifenesin already in it and overdose on the guaifenesin.

Yes: While nyquil has a cough suppressant (anti-tussive) and Guaifenesin is an expectorant- to loosten phlegm and mucous in the lungs, they can be taken together without problem and are often combined in cough products. 100 mg of Guaifenesin is a sub-therapeutic dose- probably should have 4-600 mg in order to improve effectiveness.
