Postnasal drip: I suggest doing salt water rinse of your sinuses (ocean spray or the netti pot over the counter) and use over the counter allergy meds like allegra, clarithin or zyrtec. If not better see a doctor.

Allergies: Sounds like you have allergies. You should see your physician for further treatment to try to curb these symptoms.
