When can you trust that your home pregnancy test is accurate and that bleeding is not implantation bleeding?

Test and see.: Pregnancy tests are accurate at the time of missed menses. Implantation bleeding will typically lead to a light short "period" which you can confirm by getting a pregnancy test.

Pregnancy test: If your cycles are regular 28 day cycles, then 2 days before to 2 days after when your period should start should give you a positive test if you are pregnant. If you are unsure, go to your doctor and get a blood pregnancy test.
