Very high chance: Very high chance of pregnancy because sperm can live in the uterus up to 72 hours after intercourse.

At 19 years old if you're otherwise healthy you probably have a 20 to 25% chance of being pregnancy.

Small chance: A single ejaculation about the time of ovulation has about a 5% chance of conception, if everything else if ok.
