My back hurts, when i go to do something i start sweating and get dizzy, been to the er, and they can't find anything wrong, also i get nauseated ?

Back hurts, sweating: There are a lot of potential causes and you should go to your doctor for this symptom combination. Although you are young for this problem, I have seen similar symptoms in a person with a dissecting aortic aneurysm. Ask your doctor to check for that. Many other causes such as gallbladder disease, air in the peritoneal cavity, kidney stone, should all be checked for.
