Many causes: With numerous home pregnancy tests, it is unlikely that your are pregnant. You could have a bladder infection with spasm, sexually transmitted infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, inflammation or infection of your colon, intestines. Depending on where it is, there are many other causes. If you have had these symptoms more than a few days, please see your doctor to rule out serious cause.
