Many things: Almost any exercise that uses the arms or legs with increase the circulation to those parts. The muscles that move them require blood flow, so using them stimulates the blood to push the blood in. Swimming is great to work out all four extremities (arm & legs). An elliptical machine is also good. Other activities may be better for either arms or legs.
