No: No - fertility drugs do not cause cancer. Pregnancy is actually much riskier than any fertility drugs or fertility treatment. The biggest risk of fertility drugs is multiple pregnancy. Although most twin pregnancies in this country do well, the complication rate is many times higher than singleton pregnancies. Careful handling of fertility drugs can minimize the risk for multiples.

No: Fertility drugs do not cause cancer but infertility is a known risk factor for ovarian and uterine cancer. People who suffer of infertility may be at increased risk for cancer and these are the people who are expossed to fertility drugs.
