Apthous ulcers?: Possible apthous ulcers (white halo with red outline varying in size). Appear with stress, low immunity (when sick), lack of sleep, and with food allergies. No real cure just management for pain (ointments like zilactin). Can see your doctor for prescription for meds (like valtrex) for shorter duration but will usually last 7-10 days. These will recur in the future as well.

Strep throat: No one likes a sore throat! the most common disease is a strep throat . This is easily treated with antibiotics. You should see your primary dr for a quick test then get the correct treatment. For your sore throat symptoms, try gargling with salt water a few times a day in addition to steam showers.
