Many different thing: Itching is a very non-specific symptom that can represent several different scenarios such as, eczema, hives, infections (scabies), liver or kidney issues (not too likely given your age), or allergic reaction to a medication or chemical. It would probably be of benefit to you to see an allergist to be evsluated.
