Most of the time: The tests are not 100% accurate. But it would be unlikely for 3 tests to all be wrong. If you only had sex 3 days prior to the period then it would be very unlikely for you to have conceived because ovulation occurs 14 days prior to the onset of the period. You can certainly see your doctor for a blood test to be certain.
