No: Sometimes cooking will change the nature of the protein in a plant food that someone might be allergic to but avocado is eaten raw so that this does not apply. At this time there is no fda approved treatment for food allergy other than avoidance. Sorry.

Avoidance: If you know its the avocado that is the allergy you should try to avoid it. It also depends on your symptoms. If it is a swelling in the throat, avoid it altogether. However with some food allergies you can limit your intake weekly and get less of a reaction. Either way guidance from an allergist would be the best course to avoid complications.
