Depends: Depends on how stable is your cll. If the cll has been stable for the last 11 years and there is no need for therapy to be started- it is likely that the cll won't affect your life expectancy significantly which means your other problems like your heart problems and other diseases you may have would be more important contributors to your life expectancy. Live your life fully one day at a time.
