Lymphatic massage: Genital swelling takes longer to clear due to lymphatics being compromised with either surgery or biopsy. Make sure the lesion is either taken out by surgeon (could be labial cyst called Bartholin's cyst). Once the lesion is addressed the next step is lymphatic massage.
