It depends: It depends on how young the person is -- if not yet adult, sexual relations with an adult (especially much older) would be seen legally as statutory rape. If the person is of legal adult age and attracted to older partners, that could be natural variation. However, age spread greater than 10 years may lead to lifestyle challenges as the older person ages sooner than the younger one does.
