Possibly: Many women get round ligament pains, which is a sharp pain on either side that occurs if you cough or sneeze or twist in bed. Though it is painful it is nothing to worry about. However I am concerned about a pregnancy in the tube. If you have already had an ultrasound and it showed the embryo is in the uterus then that is not an issue. If you have not had an ultrasound and pain bad go to er.
