Explain further: What do you mean by hyper? Active or agitated? Active is healthy. Agitated could mean she is uncomfortable. If her sleep is disturbed and she seems in pain she might have ger.

This can be normal: Everyone is wired a bit differently. Some children at this age can be very busy. Amounts of sleep vary but today daily sleep is usually around 12-14 hours. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule. Infants also move around quite a bit at night so, if you are watching, they will be all over the place. This is normal and not concerning.
