Get evaluated. : Spitting up blood is highly abnormal and should be promptly evaluated. The other symptoms you describe are also worrisome. The source of the bleeding, whether from the lung, mouth, or GI tract needs to be determined. If you feel like you are going to pass out or continue to have bleeding, go to the emergency room without delay.
