Hard to tell: It is hard to tell. Sometimes the bleeding means you could be miscarrying and sometimes it is normal spotting of pregnancy and implantation. There are a lot of things it could be, but your best bet is to go to your doctor's office. (general practice or ob/gyne whatever you use). They will draw blood levels of HCG and then they will redraw in 2-3 days. It should double if still preggo.
