Multiple causes: Migraine, ms among other possibilities. You probably should see a neurologist and may need an mri.

I usually get lots of air stuck in my upper GI after meals. After continuously burping for up to a few hours, I notice relief with my headaches, nausea, tinnitus, and dizziness. How can trapped air cause these symptoms?
