Diarrhea like pain: It could be coming form your colon being irritated. Stomach flu usually makes your abdomen hurt asif it is cramping as well, but you shoudl see your docotr if it does not go asway. Do you have blood or mucousin your bms?

Nausea and stomach p: You could have stomach flu if you feel nausseated. Do you have fever and where is your pain located? Do you have fever and does any body else you know have a similar problem? You should see your docotr if your really bad.
