Viral illness: Viral gastroenteritis symptoms vary incluing nause , vomiting, diarrhea and may last for several days the symptoms described are consistent with a resolving illness , dour stomach may be from the illness or from acid in the stomach that may be treated with any acid reducing medicine. Appointment to see doctor is indicated if symptoms do not resolve.
