Possibly: The normal ejaculatory volume is 3 to 5 cc. If you just ejaculate a few drops, there could be an obstruction in your urethra or ejaculatory ducts blocking the semen. Certain medications may cause retrograde ejaculation. You should see a urologist or fertility specialist.
