Not likely & maybe: Always take medications as directed. Plan b and other emergency contraceptive pills must be used within 72 hours of unprotected sex. It's most effective when used in the 1st 24 hours. After 3 days, effectiveness falls off to 50% or so, so you may very well be pregnant. If it's been 4 weeks since your last menstrual period, take a home pregnancy test. Don't forget to get check out for stds.

Plan B One Step: will have very little effectiveness 5 to 6 days after sexual intercourse. Vomiting can be a side effect of Plan B One Step - depending on when you are experiencing the vomiting - it might also be a symptom of pregnancy.
