Blood test: If you ever have had surgery, your blood type was checked. If you ever donated blood, your blood type was checked. Its ok to know your blood type. But honestly, if you needed blood at a medical facility, they won't take your word for it. It was always be checked. If you should ever need a blood transfusion, knowing your blood type is a good thing but not absolutely necessary.
