Ask your doctors!: You should see an ob/gyn immediately and find out definitively if you are pregnant, then ask about the exact medications you are on. The same should be asked of your psychiatrist or whichever doctor is prescribing your mental disorder medication. Some changes may or may not be recommended, and of course your continued good health is necessary to carry your baby to a healthy start of life.

Consult your doc 1st: If you think you're pregnant, you need to take a pregnancy test and talk with your physician(s) asap before doing anything different with your medications. Depending on the type of mental disorders you're dealing with, it can be much riskier to stop your medications (especially suddenly!) than to continue them through pregnancy. Your doctors can advise you according to your unique situation.

Talk To Doctor: You should first make sure about the pregnancy. The decision to stop meds can be tricky and it is important to talk to your prescribing physician as soon as possible if you are pregnant.

No : If you think you are pregnant, you should confirm it with a home pregnancy test and then call your doctor right away. It also depends on what type of mental condition you are taking the medication for and if you are of child bearing age, talk to your doctor about the safety of getting pregnant on your current meds.
