Cocaine Abuse: A maladaptive pattern of Cocaine use, in a individual who is not considered to be dependent on cocaine, leading to one or more difficulties including failure to fulfill major obligations, use in situations which place one at physical risk, recurrent cocaine-related legal problems, persistent or recurrent social or interpersonal problems due to the effects of the cocaine.
