What is the definition or description of: ear lift?

Not a valid descript: Ear surgery is intended to restore normal appearance, not a "lift".

Otoplasty: Ear lift may refer to the idea of reshaping the ears to improve their cosmetic appearance. However "ear lift" is not a commonly used term.

Ear lift: I have not heard this term but it probably refers either to an otoplasty- where protruding ears are pinned back, or to trimming the earlobes when they get too big. Earlobes and noses continue to grow throughout life.
