Not routine shot: Typhus is an immunization given in certain parts of the world where the disease typhus is present. This is mainly in asia and underdeveloped/third world countries. There are occasionally outbreaks even in some developed coutries like japan. If you are traveling, a country may require the vaccine. Look on cdc website under travel immunization requirements (lists every country in world) !
