Symptoms of a Benadryl (diphenhydramine) overdose include extreme sleepiness, confusion, weakness, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, large pupils, dry mouth, flushing, fever, shaking, insomnia, hallucinations, and possibly seizures. Seek emergency medical attention if an overdose is suspected.
