Yes: If i'm understanding you correctly, you've developed noise in your ear after a cold, and you've been diagnosed as having fluid behind your ear drum. Fluid in the middle ear after a cold will usually resolve on its own after 6 to 8 weeks. You can definitely defelop noise with this, sometimes ringing, often a roaring sound. It should resolve when the fluid resolves. If not, see ent.
